Venison Chili- recipe below
Diced Onions
Yellow Mustard

Venison Chili
1 lb. ground venison
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
4 dashes hot sauce
1/4 cup tomato paste
1/4 cup beef broth
1 Tbsp mustard
salt & pepper to taste
2 Tbsp cooking oil

Add cooking oil to a pot, get it hot and add in your garlic and venison. Cook until well browned. Add in tomato paste and allow to caramelize a little. Add in all your seasonings and stir well. Pour in the beef broth and turn the heat down to a simmer. Add in your hot sauce & mustard, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Your chili should be thick, not runny, so it sits well on your hot dog and doesn't make your bun soggy. 

Cook your hot dogs and warm your buns. Put the hot dog in the bun, then top with chili, onions, and lastly, mustard. Enjoy!
