Episode 9: New York- Chicken Wings



 Sweet & Spicy Chicken Wings

2 dozen chicken wings
Meat Church Holy Voodoo seasoning (or your favorite spices)

Sauce:
2 1/2 cups Cholula Hot Sauce
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
1/4 cup chunky blue cheese dressing
1/4 bunch cilantro leaves, save a little for garnish
1/2 jalapeno; seeded & diced

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until it becomes a smooth liquid.

Cook chicken wings until an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
We cooked ours on the Blackstone grill, starting on pretty hot heat to get a good sear, then turning it down to low to cook them all the way through.

Toss your fresh cooked wings on the sauce, plate, and top with fresh cilantro. Enjoy!
