Episode 6- Delaware, New Jersey, & Philly: Philly Cheesesteaks

 Philly Cheesesteaks

1 lb. shaved ribeye
3 cups sliced peppers, green, red and yellow
1 cup sliced onions
1 cup sliced mushrooms
6 slices provolone cheese (or cheese of choice)
3 rolls or bread of choice

Sautee your onions, peppers and mushrooms over high heat with a little bit of oil. Season with salt and pepper. When they are fully cooked, slide them over to the cooler side of your griddle. 

For the meat, grill it on the hot side of your griddle and season with salt and pepper. Chop it with your spatula while it is cooking. Once it is cooked through, layer your cheese on top of the meat and allow it to melt. 

Toast your buns while the cheese is melting. Once everything is cooked, build your sandwiches and enjoy!
