Pimento Cheese Spread
3 cups shredded cheddar
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1 ea jalapeno; roasted, seeded and diced
1/4 cup diced red peppers
1 tsp Kosher salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp granulated garlic
Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Adjust seasoning as needed. Refrigerate at least an hour before serving. This is best made ahead of time; allowing it time for all of the flavors to "marinate" together makes it better.
